Aligning with Purpose: A Journey of Ease and Clarity
After my last newsletter, many of you replied and asked, How? How do I live with ease? How do I align with my purpose? These questions deeply resonated with me, as I sometimes assume people already know my journey. The truth is, articulating our lived experiences, extracting their lessons, and applying them in a new way is a profound exercise. That is why today, I am sharing just a little bit more about my own journey—because it is through lived experience that I can truly teach and guide.
Transformation and Spiritual Anchors
Astrologically speaking, I am a Scorpio—marked by transformation, loss, death, and rebirth. These experiences have forged resilience within me, allowing me to navigate life’s complexities with depth and understanding. Many of you know that I come from a family of doctors and alternative healers, and my spiritual foundation is deeply rooted in this heritage. I work with a shaman in Ecuador and maintain a strong connection to quantum physics, both of which serve as my anchors, guiding me toward light even in the darkest moments. Yet, in recent years, the question of purpose has grown louder. How do we truly align with it?
A Simple Starting Point: The North Node
A practical step in understanding your life’s direction is to examine your North Node in your astrological chart. This point reveals where you are headed and what you are here to learn. My North Node is in Taurus in the 5th house, highlighting themes of comfort, pleasure, romance, children, creativity, and self-expression.
As I write this, I glance outside at my in-laws’ horses lounging in the pasture. This is no coincidence—it is an embodiment of my North Node’s calling, a life infused with beauty, joy, and ease.
At this stage in life, I had many possible paths, but I chose the one that resonated most with my purpose. This is the essence of stepping into the quantum space of possibility—saying yes to what aligns with your highest good.
Clarifying Your Unique Design
For those who have worked with me, you know I often ask about your Human Design Chart. While astrology provides insight into your direction, Human Design reveals how you are uniquely wired to move through the world.
One key aspect of Human Design is the Incarnation Cross—a map of your innate talents and life themes. Mine is the Left Angle Cross of Wishes, a design that speaks to manifesting new concepts, preserving core values, and influencing others through imagination and vision.
Human Design is a profoundly layered system, offering exhilarating insight into the multidimensional self. By exploring both your North Node in astrology and your Incarnation Cross in Human Design, you begin to see the blueprint of your purpose with greater clarity.
Leaning Into Your Path
These are just two simple ways to crack open the door—to become comfortable with your path and to say yes to what is already waiting for you. When you align with your innate design, life flows with greater ease, joy, and fulfillment. And I only say this because I would not dare to teach the way before walking the path. This is part of my human design.
